Dr. Martin Scholl

Dr. Martin Scholl laid the foundation stones for his exceptional career by studying chemistry and biochemistry in Mainz and Darmstadt and business management in Linz (Austria), all of which contributed to his outstanding expertise in the life science sector. The qualified chemistry laboratory technician completed his doctorate as the holder of the Boehringer-Ingelheim scholarship, studying at Mainz under Alfred Maelicke and submitting a thesis on neurobio-chemistry. Dr. Scholl proceeded to demonstrate his entrepreneurship as the founding member of a successful biotech company in Japan.

Upon his return several years later, he brought his extensive experience to the international human resources consultancy firm Heidrick & Struggles. There, he became involved in global healthcare practice, and was instrumental in developing the company’s involvement in the field of chemistry. In 2004, Dr. Scholl became a partner at RSVP Management Consultants AG where he was responsible for filling senior management positions in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors and exerted decisive influence over the company’s strategic international orientation. Parallel to that, he consistently developed the Leadership Services activities into an independent business unit.

Dr. Martin Scholl was assigned to the Executive Board in 2006. As of January 2010, he has been appointed as CEO of the RSVP Group Deutschland AG. In addition, he is the CEO of the RSVP Group Leadership Services AG, a spin-off founded in 2011.

Ulrike Mészáros

Many years of management experience in national and international companies lay the foundation for her occupation as a consultant focusing on strategic, cultural and organizational change.

As a manager of medium to large business units within the IT industry (IBM and Siemens), Ulrike Mészáros has had the opportunity to transform several sales organizations from product sales to customer-oriented sales; to reorganize and restructure in order to increase profitability and also to optimize business processes to improve customer satisfaction. Large customer projects strengthened her abilities as a project and crisis manager.

With these experiences, she has successfully worked for more than ten years as an independent business consultant and interim manager. She has managed company mergers and IT projects as well as projects to improve the service culture in service companies. As an interim manager, she has run sales and service organizations, an IT department and a consulting company. Over time, the main focus of her work transitioned from organizational improvement more to the human aspect and how people handle change in their business life. Together with RSVP Leadership Services, she supports change processes in organizations by creating concepts and measures for leadership development as well as coaching and training managers and top performers. In 2014, she was appointed as a member of the board to RSVP Group Leadership Services AG.

Ulrike Mészáros has a degree in Mathematics from TH Darmstadt. She expanded her knowledge in strategic and operational management as well as in leadership excellence through internal and external top-management classes at IBM and Siemens. To complement her expertise of change management, she trained as a systemic business coach and completed her MSc. at E.S.B.A. in Vienna.

Gwendolyn Doden

Gwendolyn Doden is an experienced facilitator of organizational and cultural change gained over a period of two decades of working in human resources. She has worked on an operational and on a corporate level for a spectrum of industries including companies like Dow Chemical, Nike, Ecolab and Boehringer Ingelheim, where she has a strong track record of successful implementation in leadership development, potential assessment, performance management, succession planning and leadership coaching in complex global matrix environments.

Her key areas of expertise include managing transitions, leadership development and executive coaching. Having lived and worked in several European countries as well as in North and South America, Gwendolyn Doden has the requisite global sensitivity that enables her to collaborate across boundaries and bridge cultures.

Gwendolyn Doden has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Iowa and studied Comparative Literature at the Universität Hamburg and the Sankt-Peterburgskij Gosudarstvennyj Universitet, finishing with a Master’s degree. She has also completed Human Resources Executive programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as at the University of Michigan Business School.

Gwendolyn Doden has a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in London. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), ICF (International Coach Federation), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and SoL (Society for Organizational Learning).

Berit Ho-Dac

Her degrees in international business administration from universities in London and Reutlingen (ESB) and psychology and cultural studies, which she studied in Montpellier, Perugia and Tokyo, provided Berit Ho-Dac with a sound foundation for her career in the consulting sector. After gaining several years’ experience in leading management consultancy firms where she last worked as a project manager with responsibility for international strategic projects, Ho-Dac founded her own consultancy firm in 2000.

In addition, she completed a number of psychological vocational training courses; including those in the field of management coaching, change management and systemic organizational consulting. She subsequently worked as a coach and change manager for leading commercial companies. After this, she accepted a post as head of in-house consulting at a major company in the life science sector and aided by her team, supervised the company’s restructuring over the course of several years.

Since 2005, when she joined the RSVP Group, Berit Ho-Dac has attended several large change projects and works as executive coach.

Anne M. Hutchinson

Anne M. Hutchinson’s career has spanned the fields of Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Leadership Development and Executive Search. She has been with RSVP since 2008 serving simultaneously in the Executive Search Division and the Leadership Services Division.

She has managed global projects in both North America and Europe. Prior to joining RSVP, Anne was employed for ten years as an executive search consultant in both large global and smaller boutique firms.

Previously Anne M. Hutchinson worked domestically and internationally as a Director Human Resources for the Warner Lambert Company at the plant, field and headquarters levels. Anne M. Hutchinson was educated at Chatham College and MacMurray College and holds certifications as a Specialist in Organization Development and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

JANINE KAISER

As a consultant at RSVP Leadership Services AG, Janine Kaiser has supported the team since 2013 in the design and implementation of competency-based development centers, management audits and individual assessments. Due to her former functions, she is thoroughly familiar with topics such as HR, organizational and executive development, potential analyses and performance appraisals.

Prior to joining RSVP in 2010, Janine Kaiser studied Psychology and graduated from the University of Hamburg with her main focus on Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Organizational Psychology. She gained professional qualifications in working for the services sector as well as for an international consumer goods corporation where she was responsible for recruitment and personnel selection processes. She developed and implemented training programs for new employees; in addition, she supported the design and supervision of internal exchange and qualification projects.

Janine Kaiser started her career with RSVP in the division Executive Search and supported the Research Team specializing in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Chemical industries. She focused on European projects, putting her strengths in the search for specialists and middle management in the fields of Marketing & Sales, Regulatory & Medical Affairs and Research & Development.

At RSVP Group Leadership Services, Janine Kaiser is particularly responsible for further developing the scope of potential and management diagnostics via psychometric testing.
